Built in a central Manhattan location, WeWork Now uniquely offers a combination of on demand seats and rooms, a coffeeshop, a store-front with WeWork member-made products, and a beautiful large space for events.


 

During our time at Prolific, we collaborated with WeWork to help define, design and build the product. The product is live today at 902 Broadway and has been hosting many new users in a brand new kind of workspace.

Multiple touchpoints.

WeWork Now allows users to book a seat or room ahead of time, from wherever they may be. When walking into the space, the kiosk check-in experience makes it easy to quickly begin a booked session, or start a new one on the spot. A tablet experience is complementary to the mobile app, making it quick and easy to get through the doors and get to work.
