Copa Airlines

A refined loyalty experience.

 

Copa Airlines is the largest airline in Panama, with a fleet of nearly 100 planes flying to over 80 destinations across the globe. In February of 2018, Copa was beginning to undergo a digital transformation. As part of that transformation, Copa wanted to refine the digital experience of their ConnectMiles loyalty program and merge it into their main website, Copaair.com. 


As a design lead at Prolific, Danny worked with the Copa team in Panama to restructure the navigation of Copaair.com, redesign the ConnectMiles website with a sleeker, more premium visual identity, and support development of the new loyalty experience.

New hues, fit for all screens.

Copa wanted to refresh the ConnectMiles loyalty experience while redesigning it to be responsive across all screen sizes. To elevate the premium feel of the ConnectMiles brand, we introduced deeper blues, more saturated golds, a modern and versatile new typeface, and a redesigned set of UI components. We then created a responsive grid system as well as scalable styles and components.
